Return & Refund Policy

At Femi9 Luxe, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is damaged during transit.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used jewellery
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products returned without original packaging

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Share your order number along with photos or videos showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after collecting the necessary account details.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for:

  • Damaged products
  • Wrong items delivered
  • Manufacturing defects

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
