How do I track my order?
After your order is dispatched, we’ll share your tracking details via Instagram or WhatsApp so you can easily track your shipment.
How long does dispatch take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–6 working days, depending on your location. If you’re in Chennai and require urgent delivery, your order may arrive within 3–4 days.
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged products. A 360° unboxing video is mandatory when requesting a return or exchange. The video must be continuous and unedited.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! We offer elegant gift packaging, and you can also request a handwritten gift note with your order.
